Day 7: Part 2

This is why it’s a good idea to read your syllabus. It wasn’t Chapters 1-6, but Chapters 1-3. *le sigh* At least I’m ahead in my reading.

I figure while she’s lecturing I can get more writing done. So far, during this break, I’ve written a page and a half ~ 300 words. We’ll see. The class doesn’t end until 9:50. I just may hit a decent word count. So YAY me. Well until I have to transpose 1,000 words of chicken scratch into the computer.

How is your life going?

Yay for you, ahead of the schedule, that always works for me.

Thanks for the tips… I think I’ll just go up to my room and drink immediately following the “meeting”.

Transcribing chicken scratch is like interpreting modern art. “Does this say she went out and bought corn or porn?” When I can’t decipher I go with the odder item. Make for a more interesting theme…

Hey Melissa! Have to admit to not stopping by for a while since I didn’t even know you’d transitioned to WordPress!

Congrats on the upcoming release of See Megan Run and on surviving/conquering the RWA convention.

You know it just feels strange to call you Slave now…

Yes, my handwriting is like trying to make sense out of a Picasso.

Patricia, the transition was recent, so don’t feel to bad. But it’s good to see you here.

Jess, I just want to know when should I expect my award in the mail?

Congrats on being way ahead on your reading! Keep us posted on the final word count.

Thanks for stopping by Abigail. I’m off to transpose. Ugh. But will be back later to update the word count.
