SHOT LIKE A FISH IN A BARREL

Just like any other day I walked to my mail box hoping what most ordinary people hope for, an unexpected check, in general good news. Today I got my first form rejection. Call me weird, but I was kind of excited.

I’m a writer.

A super writer at that, form rejections just bounce right off me. (Okay if I get around to my 5th or 6th form rejection don’t remind me of this post.)

I want to take it with a grain of salt, but I’m sure I’m going to go over my synopsis with an eagle eye, assure myself that it doesn’t suck and try another line.

For the first time in almost 3 years I feel like a real writer.

Well, slinking off to read my form letter again. *Sigh* (Okay really don’t remind me of this post later.)
